This unique blend makes Coatape® the ideal solution for a wide range of industrial applications where both strength and flexibility are essential: examples include the automotive, construction and aerospace industries, bonding components and carpeting, as well as resealable food packaging.
Where reliability meets sustainability
Our ambition to advance sustainable film coatings has become reality with Coatape® – exclusive and new to the market. Circular is the next step in sustainable film coating production. The circular version of Coatape® uses recycled base films and ultra-pure recycled aluminum for metallization, enabling CO2 savings of up to 85%. With the circular variants of Coatape®, we are reducing our corporate carbon footprint and setting new standards for responsibility in premium performance – while also giving you the opportunity to reduce your own footprint.
Unlike traditional etching methods, we use an advanced coating system that is free from harmful or hazardous substances and is also food-safe. This not only ensures the highest level of product safety but also makes the manufacturing process significantly more eco-friendly.
At a glance:
We use recycled films as sustainable carrier materials for self-adhesive tapes. Depending on your needs, we use sustainable base films from mechanical or chemical recycling, bio-based or bio-circular sources (following the mass balance approach through ISCC+ certification).
