VISCORA® Supermatt coatings are suitable for 3D forming applications, withstanding small radii without cracks or breaks, even under extreme bending conditions. This makes them ideal for complex shapes and intricate designs. The laminating films adapt to the shape of the carrier material, handling three-dimensional molding and wrapping of furniture efficiently. They retain the familiar VISCORA® Supermatt properties, offering excellent resistance and easy process handling.
Additionally, VISCORA® GPET Supermatt 3D coatings are available in customized colors, providing greater design flexibility. This allows designers and manufacturers to achieve their desired aesthetic while maintaining high standards of quality and durability.
VISCORA® - PREMIUM LAMINATION FILM: The trademark VISCORA® by Hueck Folien represents premium lamination films in different designs which offer superior functionality, such as extreme scratch resistance or easy-to-clean effect. These films may be applied on a variety of base materials like steel, plastics, wood or paper. There is a broad field of application for these premium lamination films, since they give special surface characteristics to refrigerators and furniture. These high-tech films are available in Supermatt, Highgloss, Mirror, Metallic and various colour effects, optionally antiviral. We provide chemical resistance according to DIN 6881-1 group IB and different haptics on matt products like soft touch. VISCORA® is applicable on decorated MDF and chipboard with PUR gluing-systems.
