Manfred Nenning began his career at Hueck Folien in 1998 as Head of Controlling. In 2007, as part of the separation from the German parent company sold to Constantia Flexibles, he took over responsibility for Finance & Administration as an authorised signatory and became Managing Director in 2011. During this time, he built up the central commercial functions previously performed by the parent company at the Baumgartenberg site. During this period, the company grew from a turnover of € 42 million to € 60 million today. ‘My time as Managing Director was a special task that gave me a lot in return. I would like to thank all my colleagues for the trust we have built up over the years and the excellent working relationship,’ says Nenning.
‘After many years of dedicated commitment to Hueck Folien, we are bidding farewell to our esteemed management colleague Manfred Nenning as he enters his well-deserved retirement. In Hartmuth Pelger we have a successor who will successfully develop the organisation built up by Manfred Nenning into the future,’ says Dr. Martin Bergsmann, CEO of Hueck Folien.
Before joining Hueck Folien, Hartmuth Pelger held various commercial management positions in other companies, most recently as CFO of Miba Battery Systems. He has been CFO at Hueck Folien alongside Manfred Nenning since March 2024. Together, they have organised the handover of commercial responsibility during this transition period.
On behalf of the Supervisory Board and the shareholders, Dipl.-Ing. Konstantin Thomas thanks Manfred Nenning for his many years of successful work at Hueck Folien and wishes Hartmuth Pelger all the best in his new role as CFO of the company: ‘We would like to thank Manfred Nenning for his prudent management of the finances and wish him good health and all the best for the new phase of his life. At the same time, we look forward to working with Hartmuth Pelger in the future. Thanks to his international experience as CFO, he will be able to provide important new impetus.’
